What Happens After a Refund:

  • Your Zupport license will be revoked, and your associated workspace will be deactivated.

  • Any AI credits, data, or settings tied to the license will no longer be accessible.


Additional Notes:

  • Refunds are only available within the 30-day refund window for lifetime licenses.

  • If you purchased multiple licenses, you may choose to refund one or more of them individually.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout.


About AI Credit Top-Ups:

This refund policy does not apply to top-up AI credits purchased separately. These credits are considered consumable resources. For those, please refer to the specific Refund Policy related to AI credit purchases available at the time of purchase.
